Pathway Behavioral Group

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Pathway Behavioral Group respects your family’s privacy. This summary explains how we handle information you share with us through our website forms, phone intake, and care coordination.

Information we collect

Contact details, clinical history you choose to provide, scheduling preferences, and communication records necessary to deliver services or respond to inquiries.

How we use information

To schedule consultations, coordinate care with authorized providers, meet legal obligations, and improve family communication—never for unrelated marketing without consent.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, state law may provide additional rights regarding personal information we collect. This section supplements our Privacy Policy.

  • Right to know and access. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, subject to verification and exceptions.
  • Right to delete. You may request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing care you requested or meeting legal obligations.
  • Right to correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. If we ever engage in sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law, we will provide a clear way to opt out and honor “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” requests.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. Where applicable, you may request that we limit certain uses of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
  • Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To submit a request, email hello@pathwaybehavioral.com with “California privacy request” in the subject line. We may verify your request as required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

More context on California law is available from the California Attorney General’s CCPA resources (opens in a new tab). For other state program and licensing references, see California notices.

Résumés and file uploads

When you apply for roles, you may upload a résumé (PDF or Word). We limit file types and sizes on the server. Attachments are delivered by email to our hiring team using the same secure transport as other form mail. We do not guarantee real-time malware scanning on the public web server; production systems should run periodic antivirus scanning (for example ClamAV or equivalent) on saved or forwarded files and follow your IT security policy. If you prefer not to upload a file, paste a link to an online profile in the optional field instead.

Analytics

If enabled, we may load a privacy-oriented analytics script (such as Plausible, Fathom, or Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) to understand which pages lead families to contact us. No advertising pixels are used for that purpose.
